From the President:

Recruiters of Wisconsin [ROW] is a state recruiting industry association run by volunteers.  Currently, the ROW Board of Director volunteers include Laurie Hyllberg, Patrick Collins, Erick Gorecki, Mark Gawronski, and myself.

A few years ago we decided to stop charging annual membership fees to recruiting firms.  Since then we have leaned on our vendor sponsorship program for funding. The association is dependent on the money we raise from vendor sponsors to cover expenses and keep event costs down for recruiters.

Laurie Hyllberg has been the ROW Board Secretary for over 10 years and has offered to take on the responsibility of developing more vendor-sponsor relationships. So, the ROW board is looking to add a new board member who would become the Secretary, replacing Laurie’s responsibilities there.

Please let me know if you are interested in volunteering with us.  We are a fun and closely-knit group. Our meetings are luncheons once a month in the Milwaukee metro area. We all work together to produce social and educational events for the association. You will find the board members to be very collaborative. We laugh and learn a lot while volunteering.
